Martial Arts for ages 13+
First
We focus on development on Intermediate – Advance Gross Motor and Fine Motor Skills.
We will target specific muscle groups in every class, everything from major/large muscles to fast twitch fiber muscles that are required for quick reaction and motion.
Second
We will focus on Martial Arts techniques through fitness. We will include everything from Basic through Advanced Martial Arts training which will include, fluid movement, footwork, self-defense, fitness, strength and endurance training. Technique will be taught with most importance simply because we want you to get stronger and remain healthy, versus being strong and hurt all the time due to aching joints or muscle spasms.
Third
We will focus on developing character. For teens and adults, it is different than our junior crowd. Students this age already know what solid character traits are, we will focus on explaining to them the application of it in school or work setting. Do not worry this part of the class will be done during cool down after a work out while you are stretching.

Our Teen and Adult classes focus on fitness, self-defense, and sparring. Students will cover basic, intermediate, and advanced martial arts techniques, while placing a special emphasis on repetition, fluid movements, footwork, strength, and endurance training. Students will move into intermediate and advanced fine and gross motor skills, targeting new muscles every single class. As our students progress and build new strength, we never stop prioritizing proper technique. Learning martial arts with the correct form will protect students from injury and aching joints, allowing them to build muscle, grow in flexibility, and remain healthy.

New Vision Martial Arts is dedicated to empowering you with the confidence and self-esteem needed to succeed in everyday life.

Self Defense
Kids Classes at New Vision Martial Arts in Dallas is also a great atmosphere to be in where you can succeed, gain self-esteem, and learn to never give up.
We give you the skills you need to feel confident in your ability to defend yourself against any threat.
We practice and practice to ensure that your muscles and body remember how to defend and counter any aggressor.
Community
In our Kids Classes, students are taught how to help each other out in class. By creating a bond of trust and reciprocation, you and your sparring partner can then practice various combinations on each other and see how to make things work. Members at New Vision have become close friends and help each other reach their goals.
